Although being relatively new in the Nepalese market, established in 2010, Softwarica IT college has produced over 400 graduates. It is the pioneer in introducing British Education in Nepal.
It’s affiliation with Coventry University, UK has made it’s courses even more lucrative. It offers programs such as BSc (Hons) Computing and BSc (Hons) Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security.
The courses not only treat you with top academics from world’s top universities but also focus on development of other skills such as personality development, improved presentation skills and public speaking skills.

Texas College of Management was founded in collaboration with Lincoln Educational Network and other international and national universities such as Tribhuvan University, University of Hertfordshire, University of London, University of Huddersfield, and South Eastern University.
The college is; however, affiliated to Lincoln university College, Malaysia now. Some of the courses are affiliated to Tribhuvan University as well.
Some of the courses offered by the college include Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT), Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) and BSc-CSIT.
The college offers a deep syllabus for BCS, with modules comprising Network, Web Designing, Computer Architecture, Ethical Hacking, Advanced Database Management Systems, Artificial intelligence, Industrial Training and many more.

With its history rooting back to 1996, the London Metropolitan University affiliated college has a state-of-art facility.
Islington college has 6 blocks of buildings, with 10 computer labs, 3 lecture rooms, 8 tutorial rooms and 4 seminar halls. The courses are taught by industry expert lecturers who focus on industry related learning and project works.
The courses offered by the college include MSc Information Technology and Applied Security, BSc (Hons) Multimedia Technologies, BSc (Hons) Computing, and BSc (Hons) Computer Networking and IT Security.
In addition to that, the college also provides Foundation Year entry to students that do not meet the entry requirements of the college. Upon passing the Foundation Course, students can pursue Bachelor’s Degree.
College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE)

CITE is one of the old colleges for Information Technology in Nepal. It was established in 2000 A.D. which is affiliated to Purbanchal University.
The college’s notable alumnus, Hari Ram Shrestha, is currently pursuing his PhD in Electrical and Space Systems Engineering from Kyusha Institute of Technology, Japan.
The historic college has its associate partners which have been assisting past graduates. Some of the associated partners include Harati Computer, Smart mobile solutions, IMAC engineering Co. Ltd., Broadway Infosys, Information Technology Society (IT-S) Nepal. Students are supposed to be involved in project works in order to gain the degree.
Patan College for Professional Studies (PCPS)

It is yet another IT college in Kathmandu that is affiliated to a UK University.
PCPS, which was founded in 1998, is affiliated to University of Bedfordshire providing courses such as BSc Computer Science and Software Engineering and BSc Computer Science and software Engineering Micordegree TM in Artificial Intelligence.
The Microdegree TM course is delivered by Fuse Machines which was developed by leading US University faculty members and AI industry experts.
Internship is a part of the course which provides students with adequate professional exposure.
